On Wednesday, March 30, 2011 James Walter Hinchey Jr., age 40 of Wynne and Renee Boone Hinchey, age 47 of Wynne was arrested and charged with the following charges:

Possession of Controlled Substance Methamphetamine- Class Y Felony

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with Intent to Manufacture Methamphetamine -Class B Felony

Criminal Attempt to Manufacture Methamphetamine- Class A Felony

Possession of Counterfeit Controlled Substance (Ice) - Class B felony

Criminal Trespass- Class B Misdemeanor

Resisting Arrest- Class B Misdemeanor

Bond was set at $250,000
