Joseph Bailey Arrested on Several Felony Charges

 Lt. Jeff Stewart had requested the assistance of the Sgt. David Hallmark with the Cross County Sheriff's Office in regards to the Breaking and Entering of a Wynne Police Department Patrol Vehicle.  Several items were stolen from the Patrol Vehicle. 

During the investigation, Det. Hallmark and Officer Jeremy McNeill of the Wynne Police Department interviewed Joseph Bailey. Mr. Bailey confessed to the Breaking and Entering, Theft of Property and Criminal Trespassing. All items were recovered and returned to the Wynne Police Department.

Joseph Bailey.jpgJoseph Bailey was also arrested for Failure to Appear Warrant and Failure to Pay Warrant. When arrested, Mr. Bailey brought into the Cross County Jail a baggie of Meth. Subsequently he was also charged with Furnishing Prohibited Articles and Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine.

Joseph Bailey, age 24 of Wynne has been charged with the following charges:

Breaking and Entering a Class D Felony, Theft of Property a Class D Felony, Criminal Trespassing a Class B Misdemeanor  BOND on these charges was set at $50,000.00

Furnishing Prohibited Articles into a Correctional Facility a Class B Felony and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth) a Class D Felony BOND on these charges was set at $20,000.00
