On 10/11/2017 at approx. 1500 hours, Cross County Deputies responded to the Area of Hwy 193 S in reference to a theft that just occurred on Hwy 284 W. The caller stated they observed three subjects steal items and that they fled the scene in a white Dodge truck. Sgt. Cantrell intercepted the said vehicle on Hwy 64 W. The three occupants were arrested on the below charges without incident and the stolen property was returned to the rightful owner. All subjects are awaiting a first appearance for a bond to be set.
