Video Voyeurism Arrest

On 04/06/2019 A person contacted Deputy's with the Cross County Sheriff's Office and stated they had been secretly video taped without their consent. Detectives began to work the case and after probable cause was developed a search warrant was generated for Kevin Hodge's residence. On 04/09/2019 Deputies and Detectives executed a search warrant on the residence and located a covert recording device and seized multiple electronic items. Deputies also located marijuana along with drug paraphernalia inside the residence. Kevin Hodge "44,Wynne" was arrested for the below crimes. Bond is currently set at $20,000.00.
